In case some of you don’t already know, the geekiest convention of the year is currently underway at the San Diego Convention Center. Numerous great announcements have already been made, including Ghostbusters Blu-Rays and the announcement of Darren Aronofsky making a new Robocop film, but one that I was really looking forward to was on the new Red Sonja film. A panel was held yesterday at the convention, with Robert Rodriguez and Rose McGowan appearing (amidst rumors of them breaking up over the yet-to-be-financed Barbarella remake). Machete comments were made, McGowan showed up in Poison Ivy-esque costume and two teaser posters were premiered.
