Tell me if you’ve heard this one before: a young couple from the city needs some time to reconnect with Mother Nature. So they decide to go out and hike in the woods. These woods are of the isolated, not-yet-tainted-by-capitalism kind, so there’s a few locals left living there. The locals end up being, shockingly, crazy hillbillies, and the horror ensues. This is basically what you’ll be getting with Timber Falls, a film that tries to take the old and make it new, but at the end of the day, it’s still the same-old broken down lemon you should have gotten rid of years ago. Be warned, there’s some spoilers in this review.
